Brand refresh with theme-focused communication strategy across all touchpoints
In 2019, together with HRS and our sister company Hotz Brand Consultants, we completed the holistic rebranding, which included refining the positioning and defining a theme-focused, digital communication strategy. Communication throughout the customer journey was redesigned and rolled out in line with HRS's digital and innovation strategy by defining goals for measurability, refining the target group and employing marketing tools.
