With the completion of the Stenna Flims project featuring owner-occupied apartments, a hotel, restaurant and shopping facilities in 2018, the architectural gap between the Flims Waldhaus and Flims Dorf parts of the village was closed. Calydo assisted with the initial marketing of 2 of the 3 attractive owner-occupied properties located in the new lively village centre by undertaking targeted marketing on behalf of the developer CSA Real Estate and real estate marketer Advendis.

Mobile-first concept for the marketing website

Successful, fast sale of all apartments

In addition to further developing and refining the positioning of the existing Stenna Flims brand, the main tasks were designing and implementing marketing measures to successfully market the two properties "Vallada" and "Muntogna". An interesting consideration here was the different uses of the properties, which had to be reflected in the marketing: while both properties are approved for purchase as a second home, one could only be sold on the condition that the apartment was let when the owners were absent. By skilfully drawing attention to the urban convenience and short walking distances in the midst of the idyllic mountain scenery, the added value of the project became clear, thus making a key contribution to the successful sale of the properties – all in one.

Varying buyer interests recognised and served through targeted means

From the start of the project in October 2017 until the go-live of all measures in March 2018, Calydo was responsible for creating and implementing all touchpoints for the marketing of the two properties. This was achieved, for example, by creating a target group-oriented, mobile-first website as the central digital marketing channel, a 'mood movie' as well as various documents and sales documentation, and producing various advertising media such as posters and advertisements as well as the showroom. During the subsequent marketing phase, Calydo coordinated the prepared advertising measures such as posters, AdWords and social media posts, until the project opened and the first occupant moved in at the end of 2018.
