As part of the practical project “Strategy Prototyping: Business Creation from a Brand Perspective", students enrolled in HSG's "Management, Organisation and Culture” Master's programme tackled sub-projects on the topic of strategy development from the Brand Leadership Circle. Each of the companies of the Brand Leadership Circle (Calydo, Hotz Brand Consultants, gateB) mentored a group of students.
Calydo asked the group to think about how communication can be used as a means of ensuring a cohesive strategy process and how it can support strategy work. In the following weeks, the students worked on the development of a prototype strategy communication offer. The prototype was then tested and optimised. The students presented and discussed their findings during the final presentation to management.
The project was a valuable and exciting experience for both the BLC and the students. We thank you for the informative cooperation and valuable insights.
